About the Event
The Levi Foster Rod & Custom Car Show honors the memory and legacy of Levi Foster — a celebration of American automotive passion in the heart of Cottage Grove, Oregon. Every dollar raised goes directly to support the veterans and first responders in our local community who have given so much.
Join us for a day of stunning machines, community camaraderie, food, raffles, vendors, trophies, and the prestigious Best of Show award — all while making a meaningful difference.
In His Memory
Levi Foster was born at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eugene, Oregon and grew up in the small town of Veneta, Oregon with his parents Leonard and Peggy, younger sister Shelby, and the family chocolate lab Rocky. At a young age Levi knew he wanted to be a US Marine — and in November 2008, that is exactly what he did. He graduated bootcamp in June 2009 at MCRD San Diego, and not long after was sent to his first deployment to Afghanistan.
On June 15th, 2022, Levi took his own life after struggling with PTSD, leaving behind two young children he loved to take fishing, camping, and traveling. He also enjoyed working on vehicles and taking his dog Cartman on walks by the river.
In honor of Levi and other military veterans and first responders, we — along with Cottage Grove CDJR — are committed to supporting our heroes, past and present.

Benefiting
Every entry fee, every raffle ticket, every donation goes directly to these two veteran and first responder-serving organizations right here in our community.
Military & First Responder Tribute Display
Do you have a family member or loved one who has served or is currently serving in the United States Military, or who serves as a first responder — including law enforcement, firefighters, and EMTs? We would be honored to include them in our Tribute Photo Display at this year's Car Show.
This special display is our way of recognizing the bravery, sacrifice, and dedication of the men and women who protect our country and our community. Let's fill the wall with heroes.
Whether they served years ago or are serving today — we want to celebrate and remember those who serve.
Sponsorship
Your sponsorship ensures this event is successful and that we can continue to support veterans and first responders in our community. Gold and Silver sponsors are featured on all event banners and flyers.
